First lap around she was in first, but had a girl on her tail
As soon as she turned the corner she left the girls in the dust. Mady in first with the second place girl FAR behind her!

Proud Older Sister
I am one proud sister today! I've seen Mady run in cross country meets, but I've never been able to go to one of her track meets. Today was the first one that I was home for and could go to and I am so glad I was able to go! She kicked some MAJOR butt!! Mady wasn't happy with her time, but I'd kill to have a time like hers! She ran 1/2 a mile in 2:33.

Holy crap! I can't even jog a quarter mile in that time. Yes, I am week. Awesome sister!
