I really think I have the most amazing Dad that anyone could ask for. Me, my mom, my sister and my niece came home to these flowers today. He sent these to us, just because. I hope one day I can find and marry someone as amazing as my father!!

Camp Williams Bird Survey
This has been my "office" for the past 3 days. I've been working on a military base, Camp Williams, for the past 3 days doing a bird survey with the biologists. The survey was walking hills for about 10 hours a day, so I have been exhausted at the end of each day. I'm so glad I was able to go though! It was a great learning experience!

A Weekend in Idaho
This weekend I was able to go up to Rexburg, Idaho for my cousin Jan’s graduation as well as my cousin Kevin’s blessing of his baby. I’m so glad I was able to go up and spend so much time with lots of people who I haven't seen in a while. The trip was short, but so much fun!!

Water Fight
Last night I was peacefully sitting on my couch and my roommate, Lauren, was just finishing up a Skype call with her sister. I turn on the TV to start one of my favorite shows, NCIS, and then there is a knock and the door. Just as I'm about to yell "come in," Justin and Blake open the door and start shooting me and Lauren with water guns. We were pretty much defenseless and had to take it. Then, I saw a small trash can sitting on the floor so I picked it up and filled about half of it up with cold water. I don't understand how the boys didn't see me do this, but they didn't. Lauren then has Blake in the perfect spot and I poured the whole trash can of water onto Blake and I accidently got Lauren pretty good too. Thank goodness for tile floors! :) I wish we would have had picture of this, but I wasn't thinking of that at the time and I wouldn’t have been too happy if my camera had gotten wet.
Since Kallie, my other roommate, wasn’t home when all of this wet fun was happening the boys thought it would be fun to hide outside and bombard her as soon as she got out of her car…and that’s what they did. Kallie got home, got out of her car, and walked about 10 feet before the boys went running after her and started shooting her with 4 water guns. She walked in the house SOAKED. Of course, this meant ANOTHER war. At first me and Lauren were staying out of it, but then I had to pick up that dang trash can again :) The war between all of us then started again. This time, we didn’t keep in on the tile. We had wet tile, wet carpet, wet couches, and we even got the TV..OOPS!
Blake decided to hide in the bathroom for a little bit while we ganged up on Justin. A few minutes later, we found out that it was a bad idea to let Blake "hide." After hiding in the bathroom for a while, Blake came running out with Laurens baby powder. This was bad news!! At the end of the night we were all wet and covered with baby powder. Who knew a water and baby powder fight could be so fun
I Love My Views
One reason why I love living in the condo I live in, is because I get views like this from the side of my balcony. I love having a view of Timp! I think it's one of the prettiest mountains during the winter!
Another reason is because I get this view looking straight out my balcony almost every night. How can you not love this?

Happy Anniversary
Happy 3rd Anniversary to my awesome sister and brother in law! I hope you both have a great day! Thanks for being such a great example of a wonderful marriage! I love you both!
26.2
There is a running store here called 26.2, that I just got to experience for the first time. The store is newer (at least it is in Provo) and it is awesome!! I don't think I'll buy a pair of running shoes at another store, as long as I'm living in Utah.
When you get to the store, they have you put on a pair of regular running shoes and do whats called a Gait Analysis. The Gait Analysis is a system they use to help overpronators find a shoe that supports their foot and keeps it aligned with the rest of their body, eliminating torsional stresses and reducing pain, fatigue and injury. When I first did the test, I was overpronating 8% on my right foot and 7% on my left foot. With these WONDERFUL new shoes that I purchased, I am only overpronating 2% on my right foot and 5% on my left foot. The average person pronates around 2%-7%. The picture below is an example of the before (on the left) and the after (on the right). After getting my new shoes I was SO excited to go on a run and test the babies out. I absolutely love my new shoes!! I am even more excited that they are Nike so I can get the Ipod sport kit and sensor to track my pace and mileage on my runs!
